📄️ Greeting Card: Overlapping Messages
While our algorithm is designed to avoid overlaps, sometimes they can still happen.
📄️ Turn off new messages on a card or board
This is simple. Just set Card Status to Frozone from from the Customize pane:
📄️ Board: Order / Arrange messages
So there is a special message you want to put at the top of your board? Or you like messages sorted your way?
📄️ Delete a message
It's easy. A message creator (i.e. the signer) can delete their message. The card / board creator can delete any messages.
📄️ Do cards expire?
Premium cards (including boards) do not expire.
📄️ How many people can add messages (i.e. sign) on a card / board?
Unlimited.
📄️ When to use Deliver vs Invite
Some users complained that their invitees can't see the button to add a message to a board / card.
📄️ Cancel or Reschedule Card Delivery
You can manage your card/board delivery (cancelling or rescheduling) by clicking the 'Deliver' button -
📄️ Cannot Edit Card, Or 'Deliver' button not showing
Issue: You created a card or board on RecoCards.com, but the Deliver / Customize buttons aren't there.
📄️ Cannot Download a Card
Issue//recocards.com, but the download fails with an error message.
